The Bighorns took advantage of being back on home ice, to defeat the Yellowstone Quake last night with an 8-2 victory. Goals for the Bighorns were scored by Nick Cofer (assisted by Jonny Peterson and Andrew Deskin), Gavyn Galloway (assisted by Adam Harvey), Liam Bland (assisted by Taber Gutschick and Erik Gibboney), Jordan Douglas (assisted by Nick Cofer and Taber Gutschick), another by Gavyn Galloway (assisted by Erik Gibboney and Harlan Wojtusik), Adam Harvey (assisted by Taber Gutschick and Tyler Alldredge), Tylor Greene (assisted by Erik Gibboney and Liam Bland), and Andrew Deskin (assisted by Wyatt Barton and Logan Matheny). Gabe Swanson stood strong in net with a total of 26 shots and 24 saves.
Game two against the Yellowstone Quake is tonight, doors open at 6:00pm, puck drops at 7:05pm. Get your tickets online or at the door. Following tonight’s game is “Skate With The Bighorns” $5 including skate rentals, with proceeds going to the Helena Bighorns Booster Club.
